Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

• United States: We provide standard shipping to all states within the Lower 48.

• Alaska, Hawaii, & International: We are happy to ship outside the contiguous U.S.; however, these shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes for these locations are the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

• Lower 48: [$8.00]or Free Shipping on orders over $100.00

• Outside Lower 48: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Please note that transit times for these areas may be significantly longer.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

• Processing: All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Transit Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the Lower 48.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Internal Compass of NC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
